To Summarise: ❗️Told on the 18th by @O2 #ManchesterMarketStreet bill is fully paid & next is due on 25th. ❗️Phone disconnected on 20th for unpaid bill, whilst alone in a US airport. ❗️Told by online #O2Gurus they cant help & i need to call, when i don't have a access to phone.
Absolutely disgusted by @O2. Went into Manchester store to check bill & told it was fully paid, only to have my phone disconnected 2 days later whilst im in the US! Their Online gurus have said there is nothing they can do. I need to call them, when i dont have access to a phone!
1. Four days being passed around by the so called #O2Gurus and customer care staff 2. Four sessions with the online chat, one phone call to customer care and two trips to my #Harlow store 3. Also passed onto EE and even Samsung because 02's song sheet ran out of answers
