Year 13 CS students are doing a Flawed System Design Challenge! In 1 hour they design a system with intentional flaws, then spot & fix them. Links to AQA content & teaches constructive failure - learning deeply through mistakes.
Thrilled! 🎉 15 of our @bthcc_college KS3 students achieved Gold in the @bebrasuk Challenge - top 10% nationally! 💻🔥 Thank you to @Raspberry_Pi for running the competition for our students, it's an amazing program!
The @bthcc_college KS3 Computer Science students have begun the @bebrasuk challenge today organised by @Raspberry_Pi. The Bebras Challenge introduces computational thinking to students and is designed to encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 💻
Today the @bthcc_college year 10 students spent some time exploring the different components of a computer systems as they begin their new AQA module 3.4 Computer Systems 💻

Year 10s have stepped into the shoes of Alan Turing and the Bletchley Park codebreakers today! To mark #VEDay80, we explored the birth of computer science and challenged students to crack some real ciphers. Amazing engagement and teamwork all round! @bthcc_college #CompSci #WW2
