The @bthcc_college KS3 Computer Science students have begun the @bebrasuk challenge today organised by @Raspberry_Pi. The Bebras Challenge introduces computational thinking to students and is designed to encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills. 💻
Today the @bthcc_college year 10 students spent some time exploring the different components of a computer systems as they begin their new AQA module 3.4 Computer Systems 💻

Year 10s have stepped into the shoes of Alan Turing and the Bletchley Park codebreakers today! To mark #VEDay80, we explored the birth of computer science and challenged students to crack some real ciphers. Amazing engagement and teamwork all round! @bthcc_college #CompSci #WW2

Message for parents 📢 we have officially finished our trip (earlier than expected!). We will be arriving back at BTH earlier than expected - approx 8PM. Will be stopping at a services first as planned. Will keep you posted!
We have now arrived at @tnmoc, where students will be seeing some of the first EVER computers and walk through a blast in time! 💻
The students are now having a guided tour of Bletchley Park! Walking in the footsteps of Turing 💻
We have arrived at Bletchley Park - first activity for the students is a Cyber Learning Programme - which links to their AQA Computer Science Paper 2 topic of Cyber Security 💻
The BTH trip to Bletchley Park and National Museum of Computing is underway! We have hit the road and are on our way! 💻
