Wir erleben eine Trendumkehr in der Pandemie. Die Aufhebung von Corona-Schutzmaßnahmen war an die Fortsetzung einer positiven Entwicklung geknüpft. Realitätsverweigerung gefährdet Menschenleben. Ein stärkerer Basisschutz ist nötig, Masken sollten in Innenräumen zB vorerst bleiben

"Oh but it only kills people with co-morbidities!" ...only? Are deaths (occurring daily by the thousands) suddenly acceptable losses because they are happening primarily to vulnerable people?
I’m not sure how much additional media training is needed to understand that it’s ghoulish and repulsive say that any “overwhelming number of deaths” is “encouraging news” in any context. Lives are not rendered expendable by existing comorbidities and chronic illness.
