Went with buyer 2. Environmental came out clean but he still flaked AND kept the EMD that should’ve went to us 4 mo later…. Closed today with buyer #1 Buyer re-negotiated the lease and increased the value significantly Paid $500k in 2020 - seller financed Great deal for all

Selling my auto garage Buyer #1 - $700k - no environmental DD Buyer #2 - $740k - Phase I & most likely Phase II Both cash, quick close. Which one do you take?

I always regretted not convincing my dad to sell me the family liquor store but I wouldn’t be able to spend 6+ weeks in Dominican Republic if I did. Everything happens for a reason. Super blessed!

A tractor trailer sandwiched a motorcyclist into my car in DR. Helped him to the curb and bounced! Bystanders chased me down and called on the police to stop traffic and pull me over. No ID on me so wanted to take me in for processing but they eventually let me go (w/o a bribe)!…
