The NJ Basketball community lost a good coach and a much better man with the passing of longtime Morristown-Beard coach and Life Camp director Eddie Franz. Condolences to his family and friends.

Sad day in Jersey City. Elnardo was a true Saint Peter’s University and Lincoln High School legend with an impact that went beyond basketball

Elnardo Webster, arguably the best basketball player in Saint Peter's history and the anchor of the 'Run Baby Run' Peacocks of 1968, died today. Just as his team was planning a reunion at Friday's game. "He had wonderful life and did wonderful things." northjersey.com/story/sports/2…

RIP to Jackie, a true Hudson County legend and the greatest player to come out of Memorial (WNY) #njhoops

Saddened to learn of the passing of Jackie Gilloon, who played for Frank McGuire from 1975-78. He ranks No. 2 all-time in assists at South Carolina with 533 and is still the program leader in career assist per game average (5.08). RIP Jackie. #Gamecocks🐔🏀 // #ForeverToThee

Pat Sullivan, who is in a player development role with the Minnesota Timberwolves, will return to his alma mater and join Hubert Davis’ staff at North Carolina, source told @stadium. Sullivan isn’t expected to be on road recruiting, but UNC has flip-flopped assistants in past.
