@Captain_Mani72 sir, we are left with only a few months to pay property tax for 2026-27. Due to the Software Issue, the Odd dimension (108 sqmtrs + Marginal area) site owners are paying Double Tax. Its not justified to levy Double Tax for whole Area, instead of just excess land.
Both 108 sqmtrs & 109 sqmtrs vacant sites will be in the same street. It is not justified that one owner pays at 1/4000 for 108 sqmtrs and other pays at 1/2000 for full 109 Sq mtrs. Instead 109 sq mtrs owner should pay 1/4000 for 108 sq mtrs and 1/2000 for remaining 1 sq mtrs.

Yes Sir, it’s truly teamwork — you worked, and you made the "team" work. The results are now visible. Though the plan was approved 1.5 years ago, we are "now" finally just one step away from execution.

This is what I have been asking @lkatheeq @Bc_Bengaluru @BDAOfficialGok @Captain_Mani72 @NPKLOpenForum These junctions should have Private Buses, KSRTC, Metro Link, Multi floor Parking Lots, Stadium and Malls
@lkatheeq sir ideally, these 5 junctions of BBC will reserve some land for a multi-modal transit hub acting as a satellite bus stand for both private and govt vehicles! 4 out of 5 of these already has a metro line! @ChristinMP_ could keep soo many vehicles off city
