People often forget who they were when they started. And that's one of the stupidest things a human can do. You are never way too important to listen to somebody else.

When you enter in a room, you should consider yourself the dumbest person. Enter in the learning mode. Pay attention to everything that is said. Obtain knowledge that you can't find on Google. The knowledge that comes from experience.

What it's the first thing that you look at when you use an app?: 🔸 Design 🔸 Features 🔸 User-experience Let us know in the comments 👇

When you build a startup, you face a lot of things that you wouldn't expect. You will do a lot of things that are not in your expertise. You will do more than a 9-5. But that's the beauty of it. Pushing yourself to your limits. Say goodbye to mediocrity. Embrace freedom.

Leadership is one of those things that are essential to learn as a founder. Maybe today you don't need it. Maybe tomorrow it's too early. You have the advantage of time, so why not take it?

There is no recipe for success in project management. If somebody says that he knows the key to succeed in every project, run. See what worked for you. See what didn't work. Adapt. Learn. Improve. Things will be flawless after that.

Had a conversation today with @CipriSTU the Co-Founder of @NavitechSystems about their Marketing Strategy and their Product in General. What a Story. What a Personality. What a passion. I recommend you give him a follow. I can tell you one thing, this guy crushes it.

Quick question: When it's the moment when you decide to change a tool that you use?

Don't build a startup if you want fast money. It's hard, you need to put in a lot of passion and work. Money comes in time. So don't be money's toy. They are just papers and numbers on your screen.

Another day, another week, and the same work every day. Don't fall into mediocrity. It kills you. Do your work, but at the same time enjoy life. You don't have a second chance like in a game.
