It all began when he was 12 years old, dropped out of grade school and taught himself to code.
Finding it difficult to tweet about web / marketing when so many awful happenings on the news each day at the moment. Feels insensitive :-(

...Our own suggestion would also be to offer a discount / promotion they can use if they *do* come back within a month or two.
...which will just annoy them, and make them less likely to return / renew subscription at a later date.)
..Best advice: make it easy for customers to cancel a subscription!! (Instead of hiding the option in layers of T&Cs and a complex process..
