We are not blocking the URLs / IPs on the UK Sanctions List but it *appears* that @Level3 are.

Even using tools like tor browser it's very hard to actually get to these censored sites in Europe because most of the Tor exit capacity is in Europe. Everything in blue here is a tor exit in Europe. The large unblue'd blobs are US and Canada.

Well. That's not good is it? A @thepine64 Pinebook Pro after @fedora did some uboot magic. No output at all with the eMMC removed (won't boot from SD) so I think I trashed the SPI. Whoops.
