reposting bc this was interesting! unfortunately u cant actually just eyeball an unlabeled cable & tell if its 5e or 6. you could pull it apart & make an educated guess—but to truly know, you have to test the cable with an actual cable tester
Any way to visually tell between cat5 and cat6 cables? I have one that’s not as flexible as cat5 but not as rigid as cat6
