Day 9 of #JavaScript30 (14 Must know dev tools tricks) Learnt how to group console results using group & groupCollapsed. Used attribute modification to see when & how JS is applied. Used assert in the console to check if something is true. It only outputs if false. #CodeNewbies
Day 8 of #JavaScript30 (Fun with HTML5 Canvas) Learnt - how to listen to various mouse events using canvas.addEventListener, Created simple colourful and dynamic MsPaint like HTML website for drawing using MothereffingHSL #CodeNewbie
Day 7 of #JavaScript30 (Array Cardio Day2) Learnt more array methods like some, find, findIndex and splice used to remove item from array. #CodeNewbie
Day 6 of #JavaScript30 (Ajax Type Ahead) Watched video to create search facility to return results from a large array. Need to further understand Regular Expression (follow/scan @RegexTip) as 'gi' modifiers were not being recognised. Lazy day to complete within week. #CodeNewbie
Day 5 of #JavaScript30 (Flex Panels Image Gallery) Learnt some CSS Flexbox layout today. #CodeNewbie
Day 4 of #JavaScript30 (Array Cardio Day 1) Learnt how to manipulate arrays with slice, map, reduce, sort and filter. #CodeNewbie
Day 3 of #JavaScript30 (CSS Variables and JS) completed. Learnt how to change CSS variables spacing, blurring and base colour of an image using JavaScript. #CodeNewbie
Day 2 of #JavaScript30 (CSS + JS Clock) completed. Learnt how to create an analog clock in the browser with CSS and JavaScript.
Completed day 1 of #javascript30 (JavaScript Drum Kit) Learnt how to listen for events and play audio via keystrokes. Error! Break for 30 min. When returned saw my newbie querySelector error at end below:- const key = document.querySelector(`.key[data-key="${e.keyCode}"]');
