My anecdotal NA beer adoption advice... If you want to intro some year-round moderation into your leaded beer drinking, try this... You need to develop an NA beer palate. When you start out from leaded, you have a well-entrenched leaded beer palate.
Back on booch brewing. Starting a Yerba Mate culture. The other one is my coffee booch from 2020 when the pandemic shut down my chance to move into a commercial kitchen. Frozen for almost 4 years and restarted. Tastes great but it’s struggling to get fizzy. #kombucha

Heavy snow right now. Ramsey, NJ. First snowblower pass was 4-5” and by the time I was done less than an hour later, another 2” or so had fallen where I cleared. Great storm. Snow is heavy but at least no sleet or frz rain! @nynjpaweather @NWSNewYorkNY #njwx

Wtf?🤬 This orange walking puke has gone too far. Mohammed Ali would have never spoken those words even before changing religions. An even greater insult is calling him Cassius Clay when he is not wt us any longer to defend his beliefs. Ali deserves respect! This boils my blood!
