All services are back and running again! If you have persistent problems try the old log out and log in again to make sure all sessions are clean. Beyond that we are available ourselves on the usual support email address as well as here.


We have now been told that there is not yet a safe solution to bring the service back online - so please follow this account and DM for us to setup your CC address for inbound email as a temporary option.


We are currently experiencing a problem with most email services at present. This is after a zero day exploit security patch failed. We are working hard to rectify this with the platform software specialists. We will update here on Twitter as soon as we can.

Apple users might be experiencing problems sending email this morning. We believe this is to do with updates to relating to the 4 live zero day attacks on Apple products at the moment, which can affect Apple mail and ios clients.


Just to let you know that we are now reluctantly blocking all .cyou TLD emails after we could not find a single recent valid email. 100% spam! If this affects you, please let us know.

Service update 15:32 Tuesday 16th June 2020: we are aware of a problem with Zimbra. We are working on it and will have it fixed as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.


All services are now up and running and hardware upgraded. Thank you for your patience.


We have some downtime on some mail services. We are aware and are working hard to fix this.


All DNS services are now back to normal. If you still have a problem please try closing browser sessions and checking again.


One of our DNS service providers had major problems although fixed now, many domains are not yet working but services are slowly returning


Power is now restored at the data centre. We're resetting services so if you've been affected you should be back up soon. Apologies.
