When moving to 13.4 EM, please be aware of the longevity of the Database Repository. We suggest using 19c as the repository database because its the long-term DB release with patching support through March 2023 and March 2026 with extended Support. ora.cl/7IQ0E
Are you currently running one of the following EM versions: 12.1.0.5, 13.1, 13.2, 13.3? If so, you should upgrade to 13.4 which is the 13c Terminal Patchset. EM 13.4 will be supported until Dec 2022 or with Extended Support until Dec 2025. ora.cl/CC5Em
