Hello #GardensHour really pleased with the cornflowers in my wildflower patch on my allotment this week 😊
Cauliflower and Brussels sprouts have gone in the ground today 😊 they were definitely outgrowing the greenhouse! We dug in some compost and the planted them in as firmly as we could as they like to be firmly in the ground! Final step was to cover them with scaffolding netting🌱

Well this week has been a manic week at work with my Year 3 Class and I just haven’t had chance to appreciate all the exciting things that have started happening now it’s spring! But today, the sun…
Our verbena bonariensis in the garden that we haven’t yet cut down has started to produce new shoots. I’ve taken cuttings from the shoots and potted them on - I’m hoping we get lots of little plants that we can plant around our allotment shed this year. #allotments #pollinators
