Bc of the interest rates tho right bc if you’re a high earner, you might pay it off but bc you’ve done it over years you’ll have paid a huge amount of interest, unlike if you pay it in a chunk. So if you’re a high earner, you pay less overall if you pay it off early
what is the point in paying off your student loan? it's not counted as normal debt and it gets wiped after 30 years. seems like such a silly financial decision
