🗣️”What you have to do is understand the rhythm. What I want to tell everyone is please stop coaching from computers! The guy's start is fine, he’s running fast. Everyone told me if you fix your start you’ll run faster, but I won every meet. So why don’t they fix their finish?…

I'm so over this debate... Would all of these so-called "experts" please go somewhere and sit down. The event is not broken and does not need your opinions. You can not legislate farther distances. Athletes just have to commit and get it done. It was done before, do it agan!!!

I've seen MANY responses over the past week or so about @WorldAthletics' new rule for introducing a "take off zone" for JUST the Long Jump. Most athletes/coaches hate the idea! If there is to be a change... I think I have a better idea! 🤔💡👇🏾 FULL 🎥 ➡️ youtu.be/7Fyu5vZVK5I?si…

Mike Powell, Larry Myrics, Robert Emmiyan, Ivan Pedroso, Dwight Phillips, and all of the great jumpers before you, stepped their game up and all became the best jumpers of all time because they decided they wanted to win. And that's what it took to win. Stay out their business.
