Florida’s 21-23 mark under Billy Napier is the worst for a Gators coach through 44 games in the modern era & since Tom Lieb from 1940-1945 (20-25). Lieb was hamstrung when most his players departed to fight in WW 2 and some SEC schools, such as Georgia, had less attrition.
