Law states customer can ask for a full refund upto 14 days after the item is delivered/installed. No reason is required. However @CurrysServices are refusing this and want us to accept either a reinstall or a refund of the install cost. This is not acceptable - or a legal option.
Totally amazed that @CurrysServices are refusing to accept a return under the distance selling rules. They were told of the return within 3 days, but messed things up at their end. Now claiming the can only offer a reinstall. This is not the law: gov.uk/accepting-retu…
