Regardless of what you think of the death penalty, this seems particularly useless with school shooters, most of whom are indifferent to whether they live or are affirmatively suicidal.
We need to consider an automatic death penalty for school shooters. Life in prison is not enough for the deranged monsters who go into our schools to kill innocent kids & educators. Pray for all facing the unimaginable in Nashville. This is horrible & must stop.

Alright, y'all, buckle in. CA5 today heard en banc argument in Hamilton v. Dallas: women allege that Dallas county makes women work the weekend, but men can get the weekend off. CA5 precedent says this claim fails because the shift time is not an ultimate employment decision.
