We have a network switch that is failing, and are having to swap out hardware. This will affect all systems running through that switch, including SMTP (email) services. This is an urgent issue our technicians are actively working on. Expected downtime could be up to 1 hour.

There is currently a partial network outage at the Project A facility in Ashland. Technicians are on site. The issue has been diagnosed and a repair is in progress. We will post an update as soon as possible.
VOIP system was restored earlier today. It was offline ~20 minutes.

All fiber services restored as of 3:45am. A big thank you to all fire fighters, power crews and Hunter Communications for working through the night to restore service.
Pacific power has 8 trucks on scene and they are working hard to restore power. Once power is restored the communication companies can start rebuilding. Hopefully fiber is first in line. It’s a massive effort. Thanks for your patience.
Downed power lines and a fire are the root cause of the outage. Upstream provider is on site and the fire is out, but they are waiting on the power company to repair the line before they can fix things. News report at kdrv.com/content/news/P…
We are aware of a system-wide network outage due to a fiber connection issue. We will update as we gather more details from our upstream provider.

This issue has been resolved. The software vendor will be working on a permanent fix for the new version.
Some Smartermail customers not able to receive or send emai lafter a software upgrade. Technicians are working on it.
