A big congratulations to Jennifer Martin on her selection for @AthleticsNI, flying the flag for @TafeltaAC. Jennifer will compete at the Inter-counties XC Champs in Nottingham on the 8th of March, this comes after her debut for Athletics NI at the same event last year.

A big thanks to Bradley’s Centra Maghera and Burger & Co for their support this year. Their support is invaluable, without it opportunities for races and training camps in Britain and Europe would not be possible. With these opportunities I’ve recorded 14 PB’s in my last 17 races
A big congratulations to Shane Donnelly (27.02) and Olga McAteer (50.52) recording their second fastest 5 mile times at tonight’s Portrush 5 Mile. Shane took another victory 🥇, 1min 45secs ahead of 🥈 place 🌅
