Use either a power injector or an 8cc syringe to inject contrast and 4f will work on any artery. Can even do FFR with them although OCI not possible at least in USA. Reduces contrast load and trauma to radial or dorsal radial.

Done first 10 cases. 80% success rate with wiring. Definitely recommend the @MeritMedical sheath. The needle is super sharp and the wire idea. Definitely this is an excellent sheath for this job.

Hard to improve on that angiographic quality Downsizing minimises iatrogenic access site injury, a desirable property which is potentially very important Japanese experience would indicate that downsized caths are highly functional for many cases
