The next journey starts today.. 1 hour #Immunotherapy and 30 mins #chemotherapy! Forgot how boring sitting in hospital is 😩 Happy New Year to one and all! I’m hoping the steroids and anti-sickness keep the hangover away 🤣

Results are in… my lung nodules confirm I have Metastatic Breast Cancer (stage 4), incurable but not terminal! More scans show more cysts in my lungs and a +5cm cyst on my ovaries - unable to determine if these are cancer so more scans are being booked! 🤞🏼 and #staypositive

8 days post op, pain is more manageable on the whole with each day. I do get a few twinges under my ribs though it catches me off guard and takes my breath away each time! I’ve had a dressing change and they said it looks like it’s healing well, stitches out tomorrow morning 😁
So I was admitted on Tuesday evening (27th) and had my operation yesterday (28th) morning to remove both nodules from my right lung! Recovery will be a long one, but I’ve climbed 2 flights of stairs, had my drain out and been told I can go home later 💪🏼
Last time @Wrexham_AFC played Sheffield away, I had just received the #allclear.. today, I prepare for surgery in the next couple of weeks after being told Cancer has returned in my lungs 🫁 gutted! C’mon boys! Win big for me plz #WrexhamAFC #WxmAFC @RMcElhenney @VancityReynolds
