Not often that I'm pumped to see a development app canceled by the proponent, but this lot at Arbutus & 15th had been proposing a duplex at a shockingly low density of 0.5 FAR under existing RT-7 zoning. The Broadway Plan allows 6-storey rental or 4-storey condo for this site.
