My favorite way to generate a lead is when you walk into a bay and the first worker you see hands you their phone, before you even have time to speak, already dialing the owner because I don't speak Spanish. Instant contact with a decision maker.
Activity: Drive around for hours and take pictures of every tenant in your niche after-hours. You'll have insights that most don't. Not every user is on Google Maps or accurate on the major listing platforms.
Tenant reps, stop waiting for tenants to call you. Walk into their businesses, talk to them in person. Cold calls? Try cold visits. The connections are real, the insights unmatched.
