A year later than planned and without a team finally managed to do Tough Mudder. A year ago I could barely walk and thought my running days might be over after struggling with recurring injuries. Now I feel healthy again and am so grateful for that #ToughMudder

Today, I had the honour of sharing some of my personal journey at the @WeAreLSCFT Learning Disability and Autism conference. I was humbled to follow inspiring and knowledgeable presenters and to connect with colleagues old and new on their personal and professional journeys 🌈
