So amongst the unhelpful online content, it’s good to see that there has also been (and will continue to be in force) efforts to build access to inclusion & diversity opportunities. I’ve had my own negative experiences as a disabled person & for me, a supportive community matters
I’ve not been on X recently because the heightened racism during the riots made this space feel divisive & extremist rather than a place for discussion to find mutual understanding/solution. Racism & bullying worse than any exclusion I have ever faced. But seeking to understand:

Wonderful to see focus on ADHD, but for max efficiency services need to be neurodevelopmental & transdiagnostic. Co-occurrence is norm, not exception. Makes no sense to have separate ADHD & autism pathways, never mind Tourette’s, dyspraxia, hypermobility. They’re all connected

There’s another point about the NW. In 2023 the rate jumped by 19%, a huge single year rise. Almost half the national increase of 295 deaths occurred in this one region. That seems inherently implausible. The NW now has the highest regional rate, overtaking the NE.
