Sunday will be much drier for western OR; just spotty showers. Not as wet in Seattle, but showery, & windy, especially Sunday AM.

Cooler, drier weather will settle in after today. Highs will lower to mid 40s for Xmas---normal for this time of year.
Portland will be gray, damp & cool, but bulk of rain will hold off until midnight. 10pm - 4am rainfall:
