Looks like Zonal pricing for electricity is not going to happen. It appears the government are quicker to put a lid on that than hydrogen for domestic heating. Shame.

Happy to support a move to zonal electricity pricing, the only savings per zone I can find is from an Ofgem report from 2023. Savings definitely, but not eye watering. Maybe @g__j @sarah_go_green have some more up to date numbers per zone?

£4 billion divided by 28 million customers =£143 that’s the bit missing from this puzzle. It would be nice if these potential savings per customer could be split by zones to inform the debate if someone could be so kind? @g__j
