@JetBlue @PeteButtigieg JetBlue didn’t allow 3 of us to board Flight 88 from Fort Lauderdale -> Albany because they overbooked the number of dogs. We paid for our flights and dogs many months ago. They are not able to get us to our destination. This is unacceptable.

The 10x Flex kit has worked well for fixed cell and fixed tissue samples. How does it do with FFPE samples? It took a bit of trial and error, but we have new data to show how it’s performing and wanted to share what we learned.

Well fellas, I tried the @10xGenomics’ RNA Fix solution…and it was a breeze. Not surprising easy to follow protocols, descriptions of what to expect were spot on, and there were zero challenging steps…even when I did use crazy challenging samples! Sequencing will follow 🔜
Think some journalists might need to pick up a thesaurus. Only so many times I can read about inflation 'soaring' before the word loses all meaning.

One of goals at the Fred Hutch Innovation lab is to assess interesting new single cell sequencing methods. We tested Parse Bio’s WTA kit on human PBMCs, sequenced all libraries and analyzed the data. Here our our preliminary findings: (1/9)
