Si l’éclairage public est le plus gros poste de consommation énergétique alors il suffit de le restreindre au strict minimum. Ce que l’on aurait déjà dû opérer depuis des lustres. Quand on pense à toutes ces lampes allumées toute la nuit dans le vide. Question de bon sens, non?
