Awesome. Would hit a little closer to home though if it included a vague, unsupported intro paragraph with: How amazing / world-class the driving team is, an enumeration of the brands of vehicles the executives drove at a prior company, and how driving vehicles changes the world.
I guess its perfectly achievable at the time of application and screening. However H2H interface will keep carrying it. Don't forget Biases are not always wrong, they are in human memory cell and buildup from thousand of years of evolution #bias #Jobdescriptions @ScaleOnGlobal
