I don’t do much but point to people like you who are living proof that you can be healthy and, in your case, thrive on a plant based diet. 💕
It feels quite nice when people can debunk false claims by so-called nutritionists or organizations who claim eating plants contributes to a “slow death.” I’ll be 50 years old a week from now, still eating totally vegan since birth! 🍃💝🌿

It was lovely to witness these hens touch dirt for their first time in life and feel the sun on their feathered/un-feathered backs while newly released from battery cages. Their freedom filled my soul, but their hellish history of exploitation must no longer exist for any animal.

Seba Johnson was born on 5/1/1973 in Frederiksted, St. Croix. She competed in the 1988 Winter Olympics. Did you know she was the 1st Black woman to ski in the @Olympics and the youngest alpine skier in history, @ 14yrs. old? 💪🏽 #BreakingBarriers #AnythingIsPossible
