Specificity in articulation is important, but majority of people don’t have the conversational bandwidth. People also just don’t infer meaning. (From experience) The more specific you are, the more you speak- the more words you use. The more you’re perceived as a “know it all”.

PLEASE HELP!!! 🆘🆘🆘🆘 My friend @moye_brimz has Sickle Cell. She’s been in the hospital for over 6wks, done an automated blood transfusion where 11 pints of blood were taken out and 14 pints given. While recovering from that, the doctors discovered her leg bones were infected.
