I wish the best for Mason but he was over his head. The key for future success is keeping the coaches together at Vandy & concentrating on organization which it appears Lea is good at!
They had to start from scratch & it’ll take a few years to build any strength & depth. I’ve talked with a few of the kids & they’ve bought in to the plan. They felt Mason was a great cheerleader without a plan & Lea has a plan that’s believable & workable! Time will tell.

I think you’ll see more of this. Recruiting office is working hard & Lea has a message that kids like to hear! Give it 2 more years & I think you’ll see a huge jump in talent IMO.
