There is currently an @awscloud outage that is impacting SmartScaleSync.
Ok we've patched the issue, weight syncing to TrainerRoad is restored.

Ok this issue has been fixed. Fitbit made an undocumented change breaking the weight upload endpoint. They actually haven't provided assistance yet but someone else on the internet figured it out.
Fitbit made some changes and now uploads to Fitbit are failing. Fitbit hasn't provided any updates yet, we will resolve the issue as soon as we know how to fix it.
Our legacy site was deleted today. This does not impact anyone, it's just an fyi.

TrainerRoad is having a partial outage right now; some users are unable to update their weight.
Ok they've fixed the issue. SmartScaleSync uploads to TrainerRoad are working again.
there's a bug with TrainerRoad right now - you are unable to update your weight manually (and as a result SmartScaleSync is also unable to update your weight in TrainerRoad).

Garmin made some updates to their API and this broke things temporarily. We've updated the system and weight syncing to Garmin has resumed.

false alarm; our TrainerRoad integration is still working if you have an active TrainerRoad account. TrainerRoad no longer lets you update your weight if your membership has expired.
There were some changes on the TrainerRoad side and now our TR integration is down; should have it patched today.

we made a small change to our Wyze integration, you know have 24 hours (instead of 15 minutes) to sync your Wyze scale with the Wyze app in order for SmartScaleSync to process your weighin.
it looks like this release broke a few things. this was patched last night; apologies for the break in service
We added the ability to manually record a weigh-in on the support page.
