Just interviewed a 20 year vegan/vegetarian-ended up depressed, suicidal with severe joint pains, gut issues and inability to put on muscle- went carnivore and now all health issues gone and is thriving and has added 50lbs of muscle over last few years!!💪🥩👍
Hey @altini_marco I’ve started using HRV4TRAINING app again now you have manual entry (I use Garmin fenix6). One thing I notice is these manual entries don’t seem to get sent into Apple Health app. Is that restricted to other methods? Cheers.
