If I judge you, just know that it stems from my own sense of inadequacy or inflated sense of superiority. The only way for equality to prevail is for me to truly see myself as equal to everyone else. Otherwise, I am part of the problem instead of a guide towards a solution.

I can no longer experience negativity without deeply understanding that I am allowing that which I am working to overcome, to become who I am.

If, “Where your attention goes, energy flows.” and “What you resist, persists.” are true (which they have been in my experience), then why do so many of us focus on hatred and fear of what we don’t want? What is an alternative action that would be more effective?

Would you rather be truly happy and accepting of whatever comes into your life by putting your value in your Self? Or, put your value in the things you have and desire but risk the suffering that comes when you can’t obtain or you lose those things?

Please tell me I’m not the only one who can never seem to put a key on a keychain facing the same way as every other key on the first try…

Everyone is living their own self-created reality. Stop trying to control others and just let them live their lives. If you live yours in a way that brings peace, love, and abundance then maybe others will want to adopt your ideals because you are proof that they work.

What would the world look like if everyone treated each other the way you treat yourself?… Self talk matters and it can be improved with practice of presence and gratitude and appreciation

My beliefs are my own. I share inspiration that resonates with me so that if it resonates with you, hopefully it will help you grow in some way. If it does not, then I hope you find inspiration elsewhere that you are more aligned with that helps you become who you want to be.

Take responsibility for your life. Only then can you truly be free

Evil stems from the belief in the illusion of separateness from all that is and therefore the belief that you are separate from God

Learn to love yourself including your perceived flaws and it will become easier to love others

What are a couple lessons of life that keep repeating themselves because you have yet to learn the virtues that those lessons are trying to teach? Two lessons that I notice repeating themselves in my life are ones that teach humility and patience.

To magnetize a life of happiness on the outside, we have to make a decision to be happy NOW on the inside.

As long as you keep expecting someone or something to solve your problems, you are going to keep getting disappointed. Everything you need is in you. Start. Now.

All aspects of creation are within you. You get to choose which aspect to express. Don’t forget you have the ability to choose who you are at any given moment. You are not obligated to be who you have always been. The past is past. Life begins anew in every moment.

Paradox: Are looking for love? Then give it. Are looking for compassion? Then give it. The best way to receive is to give but if you are giving only to receive then selfish desire will be all you get.

Understanding someone else's point of view doesn't mean that you have to agree with it. #mindfulness
