The next few weeks are going to be “interesting”

I've seen a lot of people asking "why does everyone think Twitter is doomed?" As an SRE and sysadmin with 10+ years of industry experience, I wanted to write up a few scenarios that are real threats to the integrity of the bird site over the coming weeks.

Hey @HeathrowAirport How do I get in touch if I have an issue with a parking reservation? The account doesn’t work, emails don’t get through and I gave up after 45mins on hold.

Hey @LidlGB: I got fined for charging my car up at a @Pod_Point charger, being 14m over the 2-hour time limit, which I didn’t know existed. Seems a little unfair when I’m trying to be green.

Hey @Office365 - why is it that in New Outlook, when you save an email, why are the headers missing? In "old" Outlook, everything is there. Please tell me this is a bug and not a feature. If you're investigating anything to do with email, the headers are invaluable.
