Please park at the car park on Stranmillis Roundabout! Once you come on the site come up the right hand side of the main building and take the first right, that will take you to the back of the Orchard Building where we start! (It is a 5 minute walk from car park to start line)
Stranmillis in south Belfast is known for being a leafy suburb of the city, but some of its shrubs and trees are disappearing. It's part of a £17 million flood alleviation scheme for Belfast to keep 1500 homes and businesses safe. There are calls for action to be stopped.

Hopefully we get lots of challengers for our hills once we are safely up and running again!!
Attached is a list of folk who set a parkrun record at a local inaugural event and their record still stands. Many of them were set @StranmillisPR because it was fairly recent, and so there's been less scope to challenge these milestones than at the longer-established venues.
Hoping our runners are still getting some socially distant miles in each week, and making sure to keep up the hill training on the outside of the college wall...post your quickest times from the stranmillis roundabout to the principals gate at our hairpin turn:
