After so many months of wandering around it empty, it’s really weird to see Learning & Teaching complex jumping with students and COY16 COP26 related activities - packed!

On campus for a bit today. Jumping with students everywhere. It’s very odd after so long. Got a few people directed to the correct building. Wireless setup tickets flooding in 🥳

Getting reports from colleagues about instability of their home Virgin broadband service this morning.

To be clear, that was me, and I should have tweeted it from here really! There's now a JANET TT 20210209-183639 "Degredation of service affecting multiple Jisc peering links", but I'm not convinced it is related ...

I'm wondering this too. Getting reports of lots of VPN instability today.

Curran re-opened to all and source of alert identified and made safe. Fire service have left. No impact on IT services.
