COVID relief funds will help keep a roof overhead for families in Raleigh who suddenly find themselves out on the streets or who are on the brink of becoming homeless.
The funding will go to @WakeCountyArmy, @TFSNC, @HealTransitions, @OakCityCares, @UMofWakeCounty & @HavenHouseNC. Bridge to Home was started last year to support agencies in providing wrap-around services to help residents find safe, permanent housing: bit.ly/3tkhYkZ
