I don't get why podcasts are crediting Apple for coming up with the idea of immersive sports experiences when Meta has had this for yrs. I get the higher res screens & stereoscopic streams but both of those have existed on diff products. @andrewsharp @benthompson @michaelbatnick
This already does exist in our app! We are in the Meta Quest headsets and have partnerships with the NBA, UFC, NASCAR, and more. You are able to feel as if you're sitting front row at these events!

Pretty disappointed in @profgalloway and @karaswisher for not doing any background on the Reddit debacle before answering a Pivot listener question. The upset isn’t that Reddit wants to charge something, it’s that they’re using it as cloud cover to kill off 3rd party apps.

Some people aren't reading Zuckerberg's full response. He doesn't say "we have a different vision and remain confident about our path." Instead, he lies about what Vision Pro is about, grossly exaggerates Meta's own capabilities, and then ignores tangible differences like privacy
The Apple Vision Pro has an additional strap that goes *over* your head (because of weight). It wasn’t discussed, those in the hands on demos had it, but no pictures were allowed. The Good Morning America video didn’t show it either. But one brief scene in the keynote had it.
