I did @thebodycoach workout on Wednesday and still can’t walk properly. I did a 5k the following day and then 4.5 miles this morning. My legs are ruined!!!!! @WeAreRunThings @runr_uk

And so thats April done. Not a high mileage for some but that is 1 mile higher than last month. First time I’ve really mixed my training up instead of just doing 4-5 mile runs. HM training has officially started. @runr_uk @Active_Root @Nike
