Below are the approximate future $TSLA share prices for each of the twelve tranches @elonmusk must hit. Each successful tranche rewards Elon with an additional 1% of $TSLA. 🚀
Elon is required to reach both a market capitalization milestone and operational milestone to unlock each tranche. If he doesn't do both, he gets nothing. This is a very shareholder friendly deal. Elon only wins if shareholders win too. The incentives are well aligned.

I just drove a 500 mile road trip, I had to stop 3 times at superchargers: - 1st was 4 minutes. - 2nd was 7 minutes. - last was 11 minutes. (and that was only because I wanted a higher rate of charge at my destination) For all practical purposes supercharging is as fast as gas.
