The single largest Organ-Chip study to date assessed 780 human Liver-Chips across a blinded set of 27 known hepatotoxic and non-toxic drugs. The study showed that the Emulate Liver-Chip had a sensitivity of 87% and specificity of 100% when screening for drug-induced liver injury.
