Congrats to Ryan Johnson for being named LT Athlete of the Week. Ryan was the IHSA Sectional Champion on horizontal bar and 3rd in sectionals on vault. Ryan’s strong character and competitive nature helped to rally the LT gymnastics to finish 2nd as a team in the IHSA State meet
Congrats to Will Taylor who earned Athlete of the Week. He was the 2023 Sectional All Around Champion. Will also finished 5th on floor and high bar, and was 2nd place on pommel horse, still rings, parallel bars. Will’s performance led the lions to a 2nd place finish in state.
LT gymnastics takes on Glenbard West tonight in a WSC matchup. LT wins at the varsity level 143.3-125.6. LT also wins at the JV level 118.3-93.7. Great meet gentlemen.
