Nice to see @TrPR_Program work referenced in the NYT nytimes.com/2023/02/10/wel… risk of psychedelics causing mania/psychosis especially in people with personal or fam hx of bipolar is complex. If it occurs, the rates must be very low. We are conducting a trial in bd2 to learn more.

Excited to announce a new milestone for TrPR. This week we successfully dosed three participants with psilocybin. Our capacity to deliver psychedelic therapy is increasing.

A privilege to move this work forward with @TrPR_Program!

The longer people with #anorexia go untreated, “the worse the chance of recovery is," UCSF's Dr. Amanda Downey (@drdowneydoes) says. Downey & team will be studying the impact of psychedelics on younger patients with the #EatingDisorder. ucsfh.org/3VT4l8h

TrPR's @UCSF_AndrewPenn, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and #psychedelic psychotherapy researcher, discusses the key elements of psychedelic-assisted therapy on the latest episode of @psychmedpod. psychedelicmedicineassociation.org/podcast_episod…
